Processing Time Orders dispatched within 24 hours of payment, Monday to Friday.

Carriers UPS, Canpar, Purolator, and FedEx with full tracking. Tracking link sent to your email upon shipment.

Free Shipping Free shipping on orders of $60 CAD or more (before taxes). Remote/rural locations may be excluded.

Weight-Based Rates Orders over 40 lbs subject to weight-based rates. We will contact you if additional charges apply.

Newfoundland & Labrador All NL orders must select a paid shipping option. Free shipping does not apply to NL destinations.

Address Accuracy We are not responsible for returned parcels due to incorrect addresses. Re-shipment incurs an additional shipping charge.

Carrier Delays Once shipped, delivery is the carrier's responsibility. We are not liable for delays or transit damage but will provide documentation for claims.

No Local Pickup All orders are shipped only. No local pickup available.
